This is the most recent specialized group in CPAS. It was founded after environmental problems became a pressing issue that necessitates integration of the environment, urban and economical aspects in urban and architectural projects.This group is responsible of evaluating the Environmental Impact Assessment (ElA) required for pre-investment studies.
MEP
CPAS has an experienced team for preparing the design and tender documents for mechanical, electrical, communications, HVAC, elevators, fire fighting and alarm networks for buildings according to international codes.
ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS
CPAS has specialized teams in preparing studies and designs till tender documents for infrastructure network (Roads -Transportation- Electricity -Communications Irrigation- Sewage – Water – Firefighting… etc)
